My wife has recently started getting "freindly" with a black coworker. Speaking fondly about him and always smiling when we talk about the flirting thats been going on.

I've been encouraging her to flirt more and joking half heartedly that she should invite him out for a drink after work. She always laughs it off when I suggest it, but you can see in her eyes she's thinking about it, or has thought about it before.

Maybe this will be her first steps toward becoming the hotwife that I wish her to be! I can't wait for the day I get the call saying "We're going for that drink honey, wait up if you want but I'll be home late."

 Since it sounds like what you may be hoping for ...

I wish you lots of luck! Sometimes, gentle reassuring words are all she needs to know it's okay. I hope she takes you up on your offer and whatever happens ... is everything you both want it to be.
