 Well, distance could be tough. I live in upstate ny. Every time i got in the car i put in 15 miles easy. Weekend ride around i normally put in over 200 miles lol. i like sign seeing and love taking pictures. I meet one gale from here she live 55 miles from me.
To me, it is doesn't matter if she put out or not, it is worth to meet a person that you chat with on here, You can learn alot by meet that person face to face.
The thing is how far is too far, if you meet the right objective there is no such thing can't be done.

 HudsonValley - you are right, I would not even meet someone that far. I am not travelling and I do not expect someone to trvel a great distance for me either. You are also right, that age is a factor for me since I look a little younger than my age, or so I am told. I did want to wish you lots of luck on your search. You sound like a nice guy.

 I dont travel that far ''but i have traveled as far as longiland and it was a disaster i can find all i need in my area . for the most part . somtimes the adventure to travel and meet from a far is a fantasy all in itself.

 I travled from Virginia to Georgia twice in one week to see a girl I met on this site. It was pretty far. I drove once and flew the second time, which was really expensive but like her so it's worth it.

 I would travel an hour for someone I really wanted to get to know or someone who really turned me on. So from Manhattan, I would go anywhere in the five boros, northern Jersey, Westchester and maybe Nearby Nassau.

I would love to meet you. If you want a night on the town come to NYC, or if you feel me comfortable, I would come to you.

 While I don't think 40 miles is extremely too far - but then again it's hard to know who Mr Right is over the computer. So I guess you are right on that point. With my limitions I would never know if a guy was my Mr Right.

 Well, we had this discussion. I understand your position on the subject, and Staten Island, even when it is close by mileage, can take a while to get to, however, you are defintely limiting your search. Your reasoning is even generous and considerate.
We're lucky to live in one of the most densely populated areas in the world, but what if your dream man was 40 miles away and you never met him becuase of that limit?

 Two answers here:

1) I once drove 3 hours (Clearwater, FL to Ft. Myers FL, which I think was probably 140 miles or so) for a sexual encounter which was fair at best!!

Due to this experience, I cut it off at 30ish miles - period.

2) I have hooked up with several women/couples in north Flordia and southern Georgia in the spring time when I make my annual trek to Atlanta.

Starting the end of January, early Feburary, I'll strike up a long distance internet relationship with people who live half way in beteen Clearwater and Atlanta. It sure makes the drive and the trip that much more fun!!!!!
