I was heavily engaged in the full range of the BDSM lifestyle for quite a few years. (mostly during mid-life). I truly enjoyed many aspects of travelling about, teaching and learning what makes kinksters tick etc... In my search I became a Dungeon Master and trained other DMs up and down the east coast. I also trained other "Masters", subs, slaves, Gorean ppl etc... I became a certified Red Cross CPR/First Aid trainer to ensure safety amongst all players and required all DMs trained by me get certified to get their full credentials as DM's. I have witnessed and partaken in most of the activities you may find in a dungeon or private BDSM environment. I have lived every fantasy that I have had. I tried to do so with honesty, integrity and in an effort to give back to the community. Sadly, I found that many localized BDSM groups fell prey to their own power struggles from within and watched many groups perish in the process. I have also learned that although these organized kinksters propose "tollerance" and yet are extremely intollerant themselves.

I also get emails from evidently attached women seeking "discrete" relationships and also simultaneously expect honor, integrity and wisdom. I find these terms incongruous and shouldn't be paired up within the same sentance or person as they are mutually exclusive.

So that's where I have been and also why I have been away from BBW Tonight for so long. When I came back to BBW Tonight, I had to setup a new acount and they forced me into taking this new moniker as they still show BaronAnubis as a "taken" nic. Go figure. LOL

So now what? Good question. Glad you asked. I think I am ready for a committed relationship however I do still enjoy playing and flirting in the chat rooms and elsewhere. I will always enjoy teaching and training and will make my past training outlines available for those wishing to know more about the lifestyle or themselves or how to proceded safely in exploring their own particular kinks. Been there - done that. Having lived out all my own fantasies and those of many around me, I feel that I can move onto more intimate relationships. However, whoever I choose will have to understand my past, my motives and my desires. I truly feel that open honesty and communication is the hallmark of successful relationships, be they monogomous or poly, kinky or straight.

 Many thanks to BABs who led me unknowingly into creating my first blog. As I truly enjoy creative writing of my own and others I think I will find myself trapesing along the blog highway.

And thanks to any that may offer feedback, guidance or assistance. I may be a trainer, but the best trainers are those that are open to be trained along the way themselves.
