Spring Fever

Love is in the air
yet its outside my reach
Part of me searches for it endlessly
part of me would rather be at the beach

Is it worth the pain of memories past
or is the lonliness a better friend
Can I sleep around and not care
or do i want to feel apart of something again

Not sure what to believe anymore
My heart is a blank book of nothing
My emotions soar with each beat
Spring fever should be something
