This site must be fucked up

Just another mid day post to express my concern of this site; although I like the people on here, I can not understand what the hell this site is thinking or how they have it set up.
I have listed in my "search options" as looking for a woman within 50 miles from my zip code. I get online, and every single "new member match" (which is bullshit btw) is from Jeffersonville, Indiana. To clear things up, that is 150 miles away. I could understand if maybe one or two of the "matches" were from Jeffersonville, but all six or eight of them? WTF?
Anyway, just seeing if anyone else has has this continuing problem. If the people were real, it wouldn't be quite as bad, but they are all obvious "Snookie", or whatever other variation of the fake names are out now.
Anyhow, off to do some more house work. Just seeing if anyone else is noticing this shit.

3 versions of IM the HTML version works best, the download version screws my laptop and is rubbish and IM proper lists everyone who is online as well as using IM.
How many million members and only 3000 worldwide use 'chat'? 16k use IM but I'd be lucky to have 4 within 50 miles using it and that incldes London!
Users appear online long after they have logged off.
Very clever marketing and so many dead accounts retained to falsify the availability of potential contacts!

 The new matches list is not always new people if you have made any changes to your profile you get back on the matches list. That being said it list the 50 people (acording to your cupid settings) nearest you that have joined or made changes to their profile. As women don't join as often AND most don't know that changing your profile puts you back on the list you won't get many matches in the new matches. You should do searches as the only good way to find people in your area. I won't say this site isn't screwed up cause it is but there are ways of working around things.
