I've become really frustrated lately by people not responding to email. Why do people not use the pull down quick replies that BBW Tonight provides?


I know the probability is that ladies who don't respond aren't interested, but when someone accepts a network invite yet doesn't reply to an email, what does that say?

It seems like basic courtesy to me that you'd reply to someone who took the time to write you, even if it is to tell them you're not interested. BBW Tonight makes it just as easy as deleting the email, so I'm a bit confused why more folks don't do it. Maybe I'm missing something here. Who knows. If you've got any insight, help me out here.

 keep in mind that a lot of the ladies on here are standard members--so they are limited on how many emails they are ABLE to send. So--if not interested in someone wasting a precious email on them just ain't generally gonna happen.

Also keep in mind that normal "basic courtesy" doesn't seem to apply when we're all a bunch of internet strangers. The accepting an invite and ignoring an email from the same person IS pretty crappy, tho. I'd draw the line at that one. Maybe they just like having a huge network for no reason?

1) As far as standard members only being able to send so many emails, that's for initiating an email, isn't it? I'm fairly certain that doesn't count replies. And it would be *really* shitty if it counted quick replies. As far as I know you don't even have to type in their little three digit wanna be captcha code for those. I know I've found ways around the standards can't send email, but it is kind of a pain. I've never had an issue replying however.

2) Yes, that is kind of my point. In a situation where we are all strangers, common courtesy becomes even more important. Unfortunately it seems to veer the other way and people tend to behave worse when they are anonymous.

 Hello, Lot of women recieve alot of emails on here so it may take sometime to respond. Please be patient with your network. They will get to you one way or the other. Then of course you got people working and have other things to do besides answering emails.

Certainly. I've no issue with folks who take a bit of time to get back to me. That makes perfect sense, within reason. It's the trend towards either ignoring or deleting that is annoying. Best guess is that approximately 5-10% of women actually take the time to reply. And, yes, I know there are a lot of fake profiles on here. I believe I've learned how to spot them fairly well, but you can never be sure.
