How soon after your first meeting?
It's your fist meeting with a new couple, girl or guy and everything is right and the chemistry is very good to make things work. How soon do you make plans to play?
The first meeting as it's gone well.
Make plans for the following week.
Want to meet a few more times before making plans.
Not until you've gotten to know them over a few months.

 As you said, everbody likes each other and the chemistry is good. Both parties seem to be going with this or it would not happen the first day. You have already went through some part of the relationship to get to the face to face. If you are concerned about the other parts you keep it safe by using protection and you use judgement as you go looking for any other signs that may not be good and you can stop or end it as needed.
