 I think it is still to early to really pull out a fair "how was he as a president" vote. After all many presidents true effects aren't seen until after they have left office.

 He has tried to do a lot of things. However, there are times that he has losst control of issues. Others have taken things out of context or have lied out right to stop his agenda. Keep in mind, we are in the worst downturn since the depression. Job loses and foreclosures were a lot bigger even before he took office. In some way things are getting better but we are not out of the woods.
