AFF Customer Cervix - I mean Service


I just went 12 rounds with BBW Tonight Customer Service about my "pay for one year, receive 6 months free", Gold Membership. This was unfortunate because the Indian People are very warm and friendly, and even when angry or annoyed, their particular vocal accent remains so calm and serene, that it makes you feel like a bully who's getting pissed off at Gandhi himself. Lol. Let's face it. India has cornered the market on "over the phone customer service", the way Maury Povich has cornered the market on paternity tests!
This all began when my Gold Membership was about to expire. I went to the precaution of calling customer service, to ensure that I sign up for the 6 months free with my yearly paid Gold Membership offer. I was promptly instructed by "Susan" (yeah right! There's a proper Hindu name if I ever heard it), who, step by step, instructed me to turn on my "auto renewel" and then assured me that everything agreed upon would happen automatically from there. Guess what? Yep. I was billed at the normal "one year" rate with no mention of the free 6 month offer.
So now, today, after speaking to another customer service rep., who, after 20 minutes , apologetically says nothing can be done, refers me to a supervisor. After pleading my case to the supervisor, she informs me that "auto renewel" doesn't allow any special offers and should have never been turned on to begin with. She further states that the "auto renewel" button should have been turned off, the membership allowed to briefly expire, at which time, any promotional pricing could then be applied.
The supervisor kindly activated my "one year-6 months free" offer and instructed me, that following our phone call, I log onto BBW Tonight and turn off "auto renewel".
Guess what? Yep (yet again). Now, although the 6 month free offer is in effect, when i attempt to turn off "auto renewel", a box pops up informing me that; "auto renewel can not be turned off without all offers and savings being forfeited"! Now I'm even starting to wonder if my credit card account was billed a second time, in order to activate today's transaction! I'll have to check into that.
I give up! This is way too much effort and aggravation, just because I like naked women. Lol

Sorry to hear about your problem, the trouble is, your not the only member that has ran into that problem.
I had a different issue, called, and for the life of me, figured out fast that English was like a third language for them.
Another bad thing, it's great going in , signing up, etc, but then the real fun begins, stay or go????
