Solstice Blessing 2017
For some, this is the first day of Summer.
It beckons to us with sunset bonfires at the beach, holding that special someone in your arms.


For others, it is the first day of Winter.
We hurry to get inside to warm ourselves by the fireplace, and snuggle up, all comfy and cozy, holding our special someone close by.


Tho the seasons are different, they will soon not only change, but reverse.
Yet, the fires that warm us are always there, always constant.

May the flames within our hearts be as constant, and as warm, as that in our hearths.
May that warmth always be shared with our someone special.

 It's been a long time since I've enjoyed a bonfire. Your post has left me .... longing.
