The Swear Jar I actually have people that I like to call friends here. I'll pause for a moment while you pick your jaws off the ground. We can't control how others react to things we say or do, With that said, some here LOVE to single people out here and then write entire blog posts dedicated to someone else's behavior. Then pretend that they're aren't the petty and vindictive ones. That's not what this is about though. This is all about the solution that I came up with for a friend that has been badgered by one of the geriatric high school mean girls on this site. To prevent wasting time on this person in our private conversations, I proposed to keep a swear jar, but instead of adding a dollar to a jar. We have to send one another a full frontal nude pic. No excuses. I know how difficult it is when you have someone whispering shit to others and can't bring themselves to say anything when confronted. Our ego has to fight back, but our friends are the ones who lift us up from this negativity. I have no idea why the negative things stick in our heads, rather than the good things that good people see in you. We just needed something to get us back on track when the ruminating started. |

I have a secondary story to tell and rather than write another post on tis topic, I'll just waste this space.. I spent two years working in a location as a business owner working along with other small business owners. While I was setting up my shop, this little woman snuck in to my space to stand behind me while I worked. As soon as I turned around, she immediately started giving me pointers on how to run my business. Along with all of this unsolicited information, she also began to tell me the dirty ugly secrets of every shop owner in the space. She gave me details on people that I had not even had the chance to meet. Another thing she made perfectly clear was that every single shop owner in the space hated her. I indulged her, but after twenty minutes, I decided to get back to work and dismissed her. The take away from that initial conversation was that I was NEVER going to give her any details on my life and and that she was a person that dwelled in the drama. The past two years working around this person became impossible. If you ignored her antics, she just got louder. She was rude, insensitive and vulgar, the only redeeming quality about her was the air that lifted whenever she left the room. She was petty and vindictive in the most passive-aggressive way that you can imagine. Her ploy was to just chip at you with micro-aggressions till you just snapped one day and yelled at her. I watched her do it a lot to other shop owners and then she set her sights on me. Try as I may and try as I might, there was always some gossip about what she's been saying about my business. Each time I walked over to her shop and calmly ask her if she had any issues, she would smile and ask why I would ask her such a thing.. she doesn't have a mean bone in her. I believe if you can't voice your problems with someone that you have an issue with... Then you don't have an issue. But I continued to hear the rumblings. The great thing about people like this is that they love to talk. You just have to sit back and let them talk and eventually they show everyone exactly who they are and what they stand for. They will always have their minions and require people to do their dirty work, but that's all at their own expense. Thankfully, I never had to say a word in my own defense, because people always knew where the trouble came from. Let them keep on talking. They love to play the victim and flap around like Chicken Little to do as much as they can to draw attention for themselves and the situations they stir up. I hear they even resort to ALL CAPS too when they really want your attention too. It all just comes down to how much of a nuisance they want to become as well... some people are compelled, because they want you to know exactly how miserable they are.

I must count myself as truly, truly blessed. I have never been the victim of that type of back-biting maliciousness ..... or more likely, I was simply oblivious! I don't understand why some people act that way. Minding your own business is fairly simple. Opportunity may knock only once, but temptation bangs on the door forever!

Well a place with intelligence, not covered with narcissistic comments. That was my 50 cent word for the day..i did see the definition posted the other day. Well It have been stated that I am a "fool" and "am lacking in comprehension" . because of this idiot. Lala was the first to see MY bad, she even commented on it, a very poor choice of words on MY part, and I learn!!!!! !I can be taught....But for some one to take 2 words that I originated and pull these SAME WORDS from some one that made a comment is a bit stupid, When I seen it happening , I went to Author## and posted that it was ME that made the horrible statement of " real women" Eevrybody new what I had in mind ; the shape of those stick figures against a nice normal average Lady, one with shape, some curves and soft to the touch, Sorry for making such dust on these rainy days.. Now, am I finished ?, Hell NO !!!! It is taking me a few days to gather my thoughts together, But I see she is promising us that( LO  she is leaving, Well this may save me a little bit of effort, All I can say is good riddance, as she has been instrumental in running off other real good bloggers, the place will be a lot better off, without her running the show and this ,she believes !!I have never finished an issue with a tie, or even , before this is over I will be one up..She better get her a good meal of STEAK, POTATOES and plenty of those good ole southern ROLLS. She will need it. It wont never make her as good as one of those "steak and potato" ladies she referred to. Nothing will change some one that is so self centered on themselves that deeply..
