Damn I Hate Getting Old!!

My asked me could I drive him to work this morning, no problem his car needed a service. I followed him to the garage, and then drove him to work.
I decided to do a little shopping on my way home, when I finished, as I was getting back in the car I somehow managed to twist my knee! Ouch!!

Now I have to make an appointment to see my doctor!!

 It's really annoying. Sometimes the slightest tweak and owwwwww. Takes its own sweet time to repair itself too!!!!.
