Thanks for sharing the tips. The vicious circle of stress is not being able to concentrate enough to actively seek help or resources to deal with it, and the reminders of even simple steps to mitigate it are useful. In my country we are entering the second month of lockdown, and it's been a struggle to remember to de-stress when necessary so the negativity inside you builds up before you know it. I have used online resources for mindfulness practice, other times I only need to do a 5-minute cardio workout to get all the "arghhhhh" out of me.
