Sorry for the sloppieness, etc. But this is very emotional and trying to do it quick so I dont have a heart attack.
Keep in mind this was in Tennessee. What I call the Fuck you over state. The buckle of the bible belt. AKA the most full of shit crooks you will ever see in your life.
Just over 2 years I was selling my house to pay for all my transitioning stuff. A friend has been wanting to buy it forever. So we made a deal he would get this, this, etc for this much. We drew up the papers and he took it to FIRST STATE BANK to get a loan. He said he did NOT want an FHA. The bank guy called him and said there was a loan for this % interest. The bank guy crossed out all the FHA stuff, had him do the paperwork. Then changed the front page and it WAS an FHA. Fraud right from the start. Then they turned it over to some woman who is dumber than S&^T to do it. It was guaranteed to be done by december of 2007. well. here comes january. "now we need this, now we need that". Then it was superdooper guaranteed to be done feb 16th. I quit my job, He told landloard he was moving. Here comes the 17th, 18th The AT LEAST 3rd legally binding agreement they broke. "we need this now, we need that now" After paying for a lot of it, THEN, "oh we didnt need that". There was a few times of that and big suprise, each time the money went to the FIRST STATE BANK. Here comes March. "now we need this". Finally in middle of march. "This is the last thing, use this guy, he is our guy". Cutting it short. He wasnt even legally allowed to do it and overcharged 50.00. her kickback obviously. Here comes april. May. My credit was so screwed I couldnt even open a bank account somewhere else , My bank account was from FIRST STATE BANK, and because of all their fraud, even up until here, was stealing all my money and charging me for it. I couldnt get a job because they would take it if I put it in. My blood pressure has always been about 110/70. by then it was like 199/100 something. I couldnt get from one side of the room to another. I was always on the floor in pain. I would have been dead if a Tgirl doctor friend didnt illegally send me stuff to keep me alive. Cutting a lot out. Yes I am cutting a lot of it out LOL. Finally in june they show up and go time to close. we were both like "ummm" We stopped making plans 5 months ago. Then, when we went to sign they changed all the dates on stuff to make it look legal. even though he had the originals. after we did it I came to Florida out of default. and it gets EVEN better now. 2 months later I found out they took the money and didnt pay the mortgage. The guy who bought the house, they took the money and didnt pay the insurance. THEN it gets better. He did some research and the people I got the house from had an FHA loan from FIRST STATE BANK, same guidelines, But didnt do any of it. they forged the whole thing. They cost me over 20,000 dollars, my transition money , not to mention about 10,000 worth the stuff I had to leave. My plans, future, credit, health, took me 2 years to recover physically, they almost murdered me, took away the only time I was happy when I started transitioning, I aged looks wise about 10 years. And it is ALL provable. EVERY bit of it. But no one cares. No one will do a thing about it. all for a 50.00 kickback. Now of course they will all "swear to god" it isn't true. But we all know what it means when a christian swears to god about something means. Absolutely NOTHING. Besides the fact it is ALL provable.
NOW I cant find a job, what little I had left is gone. There are some instances I will leave out for expediency. But a few jobs where My radar went up when they started the "I'm a Christian and go to church so you know you can trust me". Big suprise were all assholes who were trying to screw over everyone they can. But. I was promised a good job but had to cut my hair and do it as a guy. But was so desperate I did it. Of course it ended up being bullshit. And of course they hid like the cowards they are. But I am still plugging away trying to live.
