I used to think that people with lots of testimonials on their profile were people to avoid. Indiscreet I'd think, too brazen or slutty. Part of me even began to wonder about their sexual health. As a result I used to ask people I'd met not to write testimonials thinking that it would reflect badly on me.
Now I'm a convert, after all it's a sex site, we're here to meet people so it's useful to know how geniuine they are, it's useful to read others oppinions. I know that some of them might be fake but by looking at the profile of the person who wrote the testimonial (and I usually do) I think you can make a good judgement about its authenticity - If the author has lots of activity / friends / testimonials then it's less likely to be a fake profile.
Now, I leave testimonials when appropriate and welcome all those offered.
So, do you think testimonials are useful when sizing up potential partners or do you think they're an indication of someone you'd rather not spend time with??

As some of you know, I'm attached but have a pretty unfulfilling sex life at home. Everything else is fine and efforts have been made to correct the sexual issues but for reasons which I won't go into here it just isn't working. So, my choice is to leave her and all we have together in search of someone that can satisfy my occasional lusts OR discreetly seek sexual pleasure with those in the same boat - and believe me, it's not a small boat.
For that reason I've chosen to flirt a little on this site and have met up with a few girls in my position and others who are single and happy with an NSA arrangement. Mostly it's been great, although I do get emails from people suggesting that if I put half as much effort into my relationship as I do trying to get laid on here then I wouldn't have a problem. Fair comment and maybe there's truth in it. Certainly I have tried. Have I tried enough? I don't know, but I do know that sometimes trying too hard can kill something completely.
I think in my cynacism that a couple reach a sexual peak in their realationship and over the years the intesity falls and (if you're lucky) returns to its peak every so often. The peak isn't exceeded though so if you want something different then it's a tough climb. How do you introduce something like anal sex (as a for instance - I'm not obsessed!) into a fading relationship that has never known it and openly rejected it early on? You can't, can you?
So anyway, my point is that individuals needn't be trapped in sexless or sexually retarded relationships. Why not use BBW Tonight and other means to satisfy those yearnings, occasional or otherwise. Why does society (probably not many in this furum!) insist on bundling lust with love? Why not DISCREETLY exercise a little excess, push the boundaries, do things that excite you once in a while? Being married or attached shouldn't mean that you can never enjoy a good fuck from someone other than your partner. Should it?
If you can discreetly meet someone who excites you, who can fill a void in yor life, who can make you feel fulfilled on some level, then...why the hell not?
What do you think? Am I a selfish bastard or am I right?

Well, not really BUT, I've attacked the hedge and despite initial trepidations about looking foolish I find that I'm quickly growing accustomed and quite proud of my newly presented undercarriage.
In case any are confused, I've shaved my pubes!
It was a big deal but it was a cathartic experience almost. Like a taboo had been broken, silly I guess but liberating in a very private kind of way!
I even indulged an artistic side and left a little trimmed piece on top. I was worried it might look a little like Hitler but it doesn't AND it's amazing how much penis is actually hidden in the undergrowth, I reckon I've been selling myself short!
Methods employed were tradition, razor (mach 3 with new blade) & a few G&T's I was quite pleased with the result, no cuts and a very smooth finish. Two days later the rash appeared - no one said anything about the whole ingrown hairs thing! so I googled it and wouldn't you know, male shaving is very popular but opinions are like arses, everyones got one and they're all different. In the end I got a bottle of blue spray stuff from boots called allisee (or something) that you spray on daily to prevent ingrown hairs and impede regrowth. Dunno if the rash would have gone away itself or not but its gone now.
shave no. 2 last night and with the benefit of spraying from day 1 I'll know if the stuff works or not.
A lot of sites recommend Revitol as the only hair remover approved for pubic shaving but Boots don't have it - anyonbe used it or have an opinion?
Oh, Oh, Oh, have had female feedback and it's....encouraging!

Shaving - Why? How? and How much?

In the light of a recent blog by SexyRockChic I've decided to conduct a little poll of my own regarding MALE shaving ...and no, not on your face!
I keep a tidy garden, trimming away any excess so that John Thomas appears more Russel Crowe than the Dubliners on a bad day (or good possibly!)
This has always kept me in good stead but in the interests of pushing the boundaries, moving forwards etc. I've now decided that perhaps it's time to have it off, have it ALL off even! Yes folks, I want to go bald downstairs and finally figure out the fuss.
I'm resigned to shower room slagging and willing to stand proud and defend my choice - I will of course insert some choice lies about how shaving has increased my hit rate to silence the dissenters.
So, why am I telling you this? Advice that's why!!
Have you done it?
Why? Personal choice or partner request?
How? Shave, Wax or Nair (see, I know technical terms)
How much? Shaft? Balls? Immediate leg area, ass crack? How much is too much and in your oppinnion, how much is enough (ladies I guess this is your one)
Result - Sore? Itchy? Rash? Regrowth issues?
Reaction - Did it make a sexual/sensual difference to:

B Lover?
Oh and another one, has anyone used a salon? who does the most painless waxing of sack and crack (back not neccessary!) - or is that an oxymoron?
