I have often heard folks offer definitions that distinguish a from a slut.Here are a couple that have stuck with me over the years
"a is paid to fuck while a slut can pay to be fucked"

From the first statement i can qualify to be a slut since indeed i have paid for sex.(wining and dining a broke stud just so he could fuck me) but from the second statement,i realise im neither a nor a slut.
